Languages are an integral part of my life. The call for learning new languages, discovering new cultures and travelling is overwhelming. I simply cannot and do not want to resist. From an early age, I used to watch fairy tales, films and listened to music, all of it in foreign languages. In addition to the beautiful nature, my native region Kysuce gave me the opportunity to attend an English bilingual grammar school. My passion was increased by university studies in several languages, cultures and diplomacy. All this culminated in numerous stays abroad until settling down in the beautiful sunny French Aquitaine, where my dream came true and a language school bearing my name Dana’s language was founded. I have been teaching French for almost 10 years, which has become my second mother tongue after Slovak. I try to ‘feel’ the teaching of French with my students in several ways as well as possible. Individual requirements of students are a priority to me. I transform students’ ideas into a logical curriculum, which I “spice up” with a necessary dose of fun and interesting materials not only from the world of grammar, but also from ordinary day-to-day communication, culture or the French-speaking environment. However, I am not going to reveal all my secrets that you will be learning during your lessons with me, as do dozens of satisfied students and French enthusiasts before you. If your heart, work, school, and interest in French captivates you, come along with me to this adventure. I teach French not only through Slovak, but I can also explain this beautiful language of Molière in English, Italian, German or Russian. I believe in Chinese and Spanish soon as well.

Dear friends,
It does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced, child or adult, I will be happy to accompany you with English lessons regardless of age or level of knowledge. Do you want to improve your communication skills, reading, listening or perhaps grammar? Do you simply need to understand English better? We can do it together. I can cover a wide range of topics, anything from formal English all the way to slang and informal speech. For the last 15 years I have been working in the UK (most of it in London) as a nutrition therapist and English teacher for foreigners. I hold a C2 certificate in English (native speaker). I also studied Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in London where I acquired a diploma in Nutritional Therapy.

Arianna – Italian – native speaker
In her rich repertoire, she hides treasure-trove of several languages: her native Italian, then French, English and German. Her working experience includes the following specializations: art, history, movement exercises, and teaching. Before returning to her native Bologna, where she used to teach Italian to foreigners professionally, she had lived in several countries.
Learning with Arianna means accompanying students in a creative process that perfectly combines fun with precision.

Mária – German and Slovak
I come from Slovakia. After passing final state examination, I started teaching Slovak and German. I worked in Slovak national school system. 21 years later I decided to became independent, and since 10 years I have been teaching German and Slovak to private companies and language schools. I am providing individual Slovak language consultations for German speakers and tutoring to all age groups, primary, secondary and university students, not only in person, but also online via Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet. I teach German to those who are interested in gastronomy, tourism, hotel services and senior care. What is more, I master business German and many other specialisations: German for health professionals, construction workers, workers in the meat industry, for pupils and students at various schools, for all those who need to improve their grammar knowledge and conversation.

Hello there, I am passionate about foreign languages and cultures. I started with English,
French, Portuguese, Spanish and as I am a native Slovak speaker I added Slovak for foreigners to my repertory as well. During my 8-year teaching experience I can say that anyone can learn a foreign language, my students are an example of it. All you need is a simple and logical explanation, patience and love for what you do 🙂 Each student, as well as their needs, are individual, therefore I always try to adapt and choose the best and most effective teaching method.
I am currently finishing my PhD in Romance languages (Portuguese and French philology) at Palacký University in the Czech Republic. I spent most of my studies abroad, in Portugal (Universidade do Algarve), in Brazil (Universidade Federal da Bahia, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina), in France (Lycée Charles Baudelaire). In addition to several language schools in Slovakia and abroad I taught French and Portuguese at Palacký University in Olomouc as well. I have a C1 certificate in European and Brazilian Portuguese, a DELF certificate in French and National language certificates in English, French and Portuguese.
